Welcome to Emirates Law.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Emirates Law website, platform, and all
associated services, tools, content, and features (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Emirates Law LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Vermont, United States of America,
with its principal office at 70 Landmark Drive Hills, Brattleboro, Vermont, USA (“Emirates Law”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be
legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you
do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM
Access to and use of the Platform is available only to individuals and entities who satisfy all of the following
conditions:
• You are a natural human individual; automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or non-human agents are
prohibited from accessing the Platform, except for compliant search engine crawlers that respect the
Platform’s robots.txt directives;
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of
residence, whichever is greater;
• You possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement and to comply with these
Terms;
• You are not subject to any preexisting agreement, court order, or legal restriction that would prevent you
from accepting these Terms;
• If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you
represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to
"you" in these Terms shall apply to that entity.
Emirates Law reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any
user who does not satisfy these requirements.
2. EMIRATES LAW IS NOT A LAW FIRM
EMIRATES LAW LLC — PLATFORM TERMS OF USE CONFIDENTIAL | DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW
© Emirates Law LLC — All Rights Reserved. Domiciled in the State of Vermont, USA. emirateslaw.com
Emirates Law LLC operates as a legal services coordination, referral, and technology platform. Emirates Law is
not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services, except where
expressly and specifically licensed to do so in a given jurisdiction.
Content available on the Platform, including articles, guides, legal summaries, FAQs, and any other materials
relating to legal topics ("Legal Information"), is provided for general informational and self-help purposes only.
Legal Information does not constitute legal advice. Emirates Law does not review user-submitted information for
legal accuracy, draw legal conclusions on your behalf, apply law to specific facts, or offer legal opinions.
Your access to or use of the Platform does not create any attorney-client relationship between you and Emirates
Law LLC, or between you and any employee, representative, or affiliate of Emirates Law. For advice specific to
your legal situation, you should consult a licensed attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction.
The directory of attorneys and law firms accessible through the Platform is provided for informational and referral
purposes only. Emirates Law does not endorse, recommend, certify, or warrant the competence, qualifications, or
suitability of any attorney or firm listed on or referred through the Platform.
3. INTERACTIONS WITH ATTORNEYS AND PARTNER FIRMS
The Platform provides users with the ability to connect with licensed attorneys, legal consultants, and partner law
firms who have agreed to participate in the Emirates Law network ("Participating Attorneys"). The following terms
govern all such interactions:
• Participating Attorneys are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives
of Emirates Law LLC. They are third-party contractors who have agreed to provide initial consultations,
document reviews, or legal guidance to Platform users;
• Any communication you initiate with a Participating Attorney may result in an initial consultation or legal
orientation. Such interactions are intended as a starting point for addressing a legal matter, not as
comprehensive legal representation. Any attorney-client relationship formed during such interaction is
strictly between you and the Participating Attorney and expressly excludes Emirates Law LLC;
• To assist in responding to your inquiry, a Participating Attorney may request personal and case-related
information. By using the Platform, you consent to sharing such information with the relevant attorney and
with Emirates Law for platform fulfillment and quality assurance purposes;
• You control the scope and duration of any interaction with a Participating Attorney. You may choose to
end the engagement at the conclusion of the initial consultation, or to continue with formal representation
on terms you establish directly with that attorney;
• Any formal engagement for legal representation beyond the Platform consultation shall be governed by a
separate written agreement between you and the Participating Attorney. Emirates Law is not a party to
such agreements and does not set, control, or supervise their terms;
• Emirates Law does not collect or receive any share of legal fees charged by Participating Attorneys for
services rendered outside of the Platform fee structure. Emirates Law will not, under any circumstances,
interfere with or attempt to influence a Participating Attorney’s independent professional judgment;
• Participating Attorneys retain full discretion to decline to provide services to any user for any reason
consistent with applicable professional conduct rules;
• Emirates Law makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of
any legal services provided by Participating Attorneys. Any reliance on such services is entirely at your
own risk.
4. ATTORNEY PROFILES AND RATINGS
Attorney and law firm profiles displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes and should be
understood as professional listings. Emirates Law does not independently investigate, audit, or verify all
information submitted by Participating Attorneys in connection with their profiles, including representations about
their qualifications, experience, or credentials. Participating Attorneys are solely responsible for the accuracy and
completeness of their own profile content.

Where Emirates Law assigns a rating or assessment to a Participating Attorney, such rating reflects Emirates
Law’s internal evaluation based on available platform data and submitted information. A rating is not an
endorsement of any attorney, nor a guarantee of competence, character, or the outcome of any legal matter in
which that attorney is involved. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating and assessing the
suitability of any attorney you choose to engage.
5. OWNERSHIP AND USE OF YOUR DOCUMENTS
Emirates Law does not claim ownership of any documents, files, or materials you create, upload, or store through
the Platform ("User Documents"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Documents.
By uploading or submitting User Documents through the Platform, you grant Emirates Law a limited, non-
exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, and use those documents solely for the purpose of delivering
the services you have requested. This license terminates upon the conclusion of your engagement or deletion of
your account, subject to applicable data retention obligations.
Emirates Law assumes no liability for the deletion, loss, corruption, or failure to store any User Documents. You
are responsible for maintaining your own copies of all materials submitted through the Platform.
6. COMMUNICATIONS AND EMAIL CONSENT
By creating an account on the Platform, you agree to receive communications from Emirates Law, which may
include service updates, account notifications, informational newsletters, and promotional materials. All marketing
communications will include a clear and functional opt-out mechanism. You may unsubscribe from non-essential
communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any such email, or by updating your
communication preferences in your account settings.
Transactional and account-related communications (such as payment receipts, engagement confirmations, and
legal notices) are not subject to opt-out and will continue to be sent for as long as you maintain an active account.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE OF PLATFORM COMMUNICATION TOOLS
The Platform provides users with various communication features, including messaging, consultation scheduling,
document submission, and inquiry tools (collectively, "Communication Services"). All use of Communication
Services must be lawful, professional, and consistent with the purpose for which those services are provided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using Communication Services:
• Defaming, harassing, threatening, stalking, or otherwise violating the legal rights of any person;
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene,
hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another individual or entity, or providing false or misleading
information;
• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, trojans, corrupted data, or any code designed to harm,
disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
• Using Communication Services to advertise, solicit, or conduct commercial activity outside of what
Emirates Law expressly permits;
• Interfering with or disrupting the ability of other users to access or use the Platform or Communication
Services;
• Collecting, harvesting, or aggregating personally identifiable information about other users without their
explicit consent;
• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or professional code of conduct.

Emirates Law is not obligated to monitor Communications Services but reserves the right to review, edit, or
remove any content at its sole discretion. Emirates Law may disclose any content or user activity as required by
law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
8. PROHIBITED USES OF THE PLATFORM
Access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
in your jurisdiction. The availability of the Platform does not constitute an offer or authorization to use it where
such use would be unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with
all laws applicable to you.
The following uses of the Platform are expressly prohibited:
• Engaging or attempting to engage with the Platform in connection with any legal matter that is frivolous,
immaterial, or illegal in nature, as determined by Emirates Law or any Participating Attorney in their sole
professional judgment;
• Using the Platform in connection with any matter involving an alleged violent crime;
• Raising the same legal matter repeatedly without a material change in circumstances, or pursuing matters
that a Participating Attorney determines, in their professional judgment, lack sufficient merit;
• Using the Platform in connection with any matter that directly or indirectly involves Emirates Law LLC, its
affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or service providers as an adverse party;
• Scraping, crawling, data-mining, or otherwise extracting content from the Platform by automated means,
whether directly or through intermediaries, without the prior express written authorization of Emirates Law;
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content or features without prior written
consent from Emirates Law.
Emirates Law reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user’s account immediately and without
prior notice for violation of these prohibitions.
9. LEGAL SERVICES, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICY
Emirates Law LLC acts as an intermediary platform that facilitates the purchase of legal consultation sessions and
related services from Participating Attorneys and partner law firms. Emirates Law is not itself the service provider
for legal advice and is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any legal services delivered through the
Platform.
When you purchase a service through the Platform, you are contracting with the Participating Attorney or law firm
delivering that service. Fees collected by Emirates Law are processed on behalf of the service provider and are
remitted to the provider following delivery of the service. The attorney-client relationship, if any, arising from such
services exists solely between you and the attorney or firm you engage — not between you and Emirates Law.
It is the sole responsibility of each Participating Attorney to ensure that all profile content, communications with
prospective clients, and advertising through the Platform comply fully with applicable laws and applicable rules of
professional conduct, including those governing the unauthorized practice of law, attorney advertising, and client
solicitation.
Refunds:
If a Participating Attorney is unable to deliver a service you have paid for, you may submit a support request to
Emirates Law detailing the issue. A Platform support representative will review your request and, where
warranted, process a refund or arrange for an alternative service provider. Refund eligibility is assessed on a
case-by-case basis. Fees paid for services that have been fully or partially delivered are generally non-
refundable, except where required by applicable law.
10. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

To access certain features of the Platform, you will be required to create a user account protected by login
credentials of your choosing. You are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials;
• All activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized;
• Promptly notifying Emirates Law of any suspected unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Emirates Law will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your
account credentials.
11. PARTICIPATING ATTORNEY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Emirates Law offers optional paid subscription plans for attorneys and law firms seeking enhanced visibility,
referral access, and platform features ("Attorney Subscriptions"). By enrolling in an Attorney Subscription, the
Participating Attorney agrees to the following:
• All applicable subscription fees are as published on the Platform and are subject to change upon ten (10)
days’ written notice from Emirates Law, delivered by email or platform notification. Continued use of the
subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of revised fees;
• A valid payment method must be on file at all times. By enrolling, the Participating Attorney authorizes
Emirates Law to charge all applicable fees to the designated payment method on a recurring basis;
• All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period at the then-current rate,
unless cancelled by the Participating Attorney prior to the renewal date;
• Cancellations submitted after a subscription renewal date will take effect at the end of the current
subscription period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the unused portion of any subscription period,
except where required by applicable law;
• Emirates Law reserves the right to suspend, downgrade, or terminate any Attorney Subscription account,
without refund, in the event of a violation of these Terms or any applicable professional conduct rules.
In the event of a billing error or unauthorized charge, Participating Attorneys may submit a support request for
review. Emirates Law will investigate and resolve confirmed billing errors in a timely manner.
12. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Emirates Law grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes. As a registered
user, you are further licensed to retain, for your own personal or internal business records, electronic or physical
copies of documents you have created or received through the Platform.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Emirates Law. Nothing in these Terms shall
be construed as granting any implied license, right, or interest in Emirates Law’s intellectual property.
When you submit, upload, or transmit content to the Platform, you grant Emirates Law and its affiliates a non-
exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt,
modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the
Platform. If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Emirates Law, Emirates Law may use such input freely
without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited. Any
such use requires the prior express written consent of Emirates Law.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Emirates Law LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform and all associated content, features,
and technology, including without limitation software, algorithms, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, trademarks,

The Platform may contain hyperlinks to external websites, resources, or services operated by third parties ("Third-
Party Sites"). Such links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement,
sponsorship, or affiliation of any kind between Emirates Law and the operators of those Third-Party Sites.
Emirates Law does not control, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, or
practices of any Third-Party Site. Your interaction with any Third-Party Site is governed entirely by that site’s own
terms and privacy policies. Emirates Law expressly disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising out of your
access to or use of any Third-Party Site, or from any act or omission of any third-party operator.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform, including all content, features, tools, and services available through it, is provided on an "AS IS"
and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emirates Law expressly disclaims all warranties, including but
not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components;
and warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or information
available through the Platform.
Legal Information provided through the Platform should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a
qualified, licensed attorney. Any decisions made in reliance on Platform content are made entirely at your own

indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with Emirates Law in the defense of any
such claim.
