She is a specialist in settlement of major disputes and is recognized as a leading and eminent Emirati lawyer in litigation before the national courts of the UAE.
Raya Al Ameri represented major multinational and local companies in the UAE in complex litigation disputes before the national courts and the arbitration centres in the UAE.
She holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the Faculty of Law at Al Ain University in the United Arab Emirates.
Raya is a native Arabic speaker and is fluent in English.
Hassan Soliman

Hassan Soliman is the Legal Director of Raya Al Ameri Advocates & Legal Consultants and the head of the Litigation Department at the Firm.
Hassan is an Egyptian Lawyer admitted before the court of cassation in Egypt and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
His wide experience is across different jurisdictions in Egypt, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. He has been practicing in the UAE for 15 years, and his work exceeds more than 20 years in Egypt.
He works on both litigation and arbitration and is a prominent legal consultant specialized in criminal cases, civil disputes, insurance, labour law disputes, personal status disputes and commercial transactions.
He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the Faculty of Law – Zagazig University in Egypt.

Mohamed Ali

Mohamed Ali is an Egyptian Lawyer admitted before the court of appeal in Egypt and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
He has more than 10 years of experience that extends over a wide range of practice areas with special focus on insurance, labour disputes, civil law, contract law, maritime, taxes, custom regulations, and aviation.
Mohamed has a distinguished success record in litigation in the UAE where he managed to secure favourable judgments worth billions of dirhams in the insurance disputes along with massive successes in the labour disputes. Ali secured a 3-million-dollar worth judgment for a foreign ex-employee in the UAE.
